This IS sacred ground where the king of all the earth meets me
What makes Sabin Flore a singular talent in contemporary praise and worship is his ability to write songs that connect with the Church while also creating material that stretches and inspires the creativity of the genre. As a Worship Pastor based in Savannah, GA, Flore's music is crafted specifically for the people he leads and loves every week. He is deeply enthusiastic about creating songs that vividly express scripture, center around the transformative message of Jesus Christ, and reflect genuine worship.
Born in Lansing, Michigan, Sabin was raised in a Christian household and, at an early age, found himself drawn to all things music. At the age of 12, the same time he dedicated his life to Jesus, he persuaded his parents to buy him his first guitar, and the rest is history. After graduating high school, Sabin moved to the headquarters of People & Songs, founded by Jennie Lee Riddle (the writer of "The Revelation Song"), as an intern. After a few years, he became a staff songwriter/producer.
During his time at People & Songs, he had the privilege of working on projects for artists such as May Angeles, Melanie Tierce, Kaden Slay, People & Songs, Charity Gayle, and more. In June 2020, at the start of the global pandemic, Sabin moved to Savannah, GA, to work on a three-month project and found it hard to leave. The beautiful city of Savannah captured his heart, and he decided this would be home for a while. At this point, the Lord had been working, convicting, and refocusing his dreams. He realized that his passion was not just writing songs for the church but leading the church in worship, bringing them to the throne room.
Now, Sabin resides there with his fiancée, Sela, serving as a Worship Pastor, and continues to write and release music for the Church. Currently, Sabin is writing for artists like The Band Table, Jordan Merritt, Travis Ryan, Jonathan Lee, Cliff Preston, and more.
